Callers can speak naturally and the AI will understand and respond conversationally. Callers may request a transfer to a live person at any time during any call. Appointment booking, service inquiries, and general information are all available through voice interaction without requiring any visual interface, app, or internet connection. Bilingual support is available in English and Spanish.

Callers who are deaf or hard of hearing can use our SMS services as an alternative, or contact us via email. Transfer to a live person is available at any time during any call. Our AI supports English and Spanish.
