TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by StringLink Automation LLC ("StringLink," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By calling a business that uses StringLink services, by receiving and engaging with SMS messages from our platform, or by interacting with our AI voice receptionist technology, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services or immediately opt out by replying STOP to any SMS message.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION
StringLink Automation LLC provides AI-powered communication and customer capture services for service-based businesses, including but not limited to plumbers, HVAC technicians, electricians, roofers, and similar contractors ("Business Clients").
Our services include:
AI Voice Receptionist: An artificial intelligence system that answers inbound phone calls on behalf of our Business Clients, provides information about their services, and facilitates appointment scheduling in real time.
Automated SMS Communication: Automated text message responses to missed calls, appointment confirmations, reminders, and two-way SMS communication between Business Clients and their customers.
Appointment Booking: AI-driven scheduling that checks real-time calendar availability and books appointments directly to the Business Client's calendar.
Call Routing and Transfer: Intelligent call routing that transfers callers to a live person when the situation requires human assistance, including emergencies, complex inquiries, or caller preference.
Bilingual Support: Services available in English and Spanish.
What We Are Not:
We are not the business providing the underlying service such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or any other trade service. We are not responsible for the quality, timeliness, or outcome of work performed by Business Clients. We do not guarantee appointment availability, service delivery, or resolution of any service-related disputes between you and a Business Client.

AI DISCLOSURE AND CONSENT
When you call a business that uses StringLink services, you may be interacting with an artificial intelligence system rather than a human being. Our AI voice receptionist is designed to sound natural and conversational, but it is an automated system.
By continuing a phone call with our AI system after being greeted, you acknowledge and consent to the following:
You understand you may be speaking with an AI system. Your call may be recorded, transcribed, and analyzed for the purposes of providing and improving our services. Information you provide during the call, including your name, phone number, email address, and service needs, will be collected and shared with the Business Client you are contacting. Call recordings and transcripts may be stored for quality assurance, service improvement, and Business Client reporting purposes.
If at any time you prefer to speak with a human, you may request to be transferred and our system will connect you with a live person when available.
You may withdraw consent to AI interaction by requesting a transfer to a live person during any call, contacting us at link@stringlinkautomation.com, or informing the Business Client directly.

CALL RECORDING AND TRANSCRIPTION
Calls handled by our AI voice receptionist may be recorded and transcribed. These recordings and transcripts are used to provide services to Business Clients, including appointment booking, lead tracking, and quality assurance. We comply with all applicable federal and state call recording laws. In jurisdictions requiring all-party consent, continued participation in the call after disclosure constitutes your consent to recording. Call recordings are stored securely and access is limited to StringLink and the applicable Business Client. Recordings are retained only as long as necessary to fulfill our service obligations or as required by law.

ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years of age, capable of entering into a legally binding agreement, using a phone number you own or are authorized to use, and located in the United States.

USER OBLIGATIONS
Lawful Use: You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You will not use our services to harass, abuse, or harm others, attempt to circumvent security measures, impersonate others, or provide false information.
Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate contact information when interacting with our AI or SMS systems, and to notify us of any unauthorized use of your phone number.
Prohibited Activities: You may not send spam or unsolicited messages through our platform, transmit malicious code or attempt to interfere with service operation, attempt to manipulate, exploit, or reverse engineer our AI systems, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

OUR OBLIGATIONS
Service Delivery: We will provide reliable AI voice receptionist and SMS message delivery subject to carrier and network limitations, process opt-out requests immediately, maintain reasonable data security measures, and comply with applicable telecommunications and data protection laws.
Transparency: We will clearly identify AI interactions when required by law, provide accurate information about our services, honor your communication preferences, and make these Terms readily available.

SMS MESSAGING TERMS
Consent: By calling a business using our services, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your inquiry. This includes appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications related to the service you requested. See our SMS Consent Policy for full details.
Message Types: Transactional messages responding to your service requests, informational messages such as appointment confirmations and reminders. We do not send promotional or marketing messages without separate explicit consent.
Opting Out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately. You may also contact us at link@stringlinkautomation.com. Your opt-out request is processed instantly.
Message Frequency: Varies based on your interaction with the Business Client. Typically one to five messages per service inquiry.

FEES AND CHARGES
StringLink does not charge you, the end user or caller, for our services. Our services are provided to Business Clients under separate agreements.
Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to SMS communications. Contact your carrier for information about your messaging plan. We are not responsible for any carrier charges you may incur.

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Key points: We collect information necessary to provide our services, including information gathered during AI voice interactions and SMS communications. We share your information with the Business Client you are contacting so they can provide you with the service you requested. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. You have rights regarding your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, features, functionality, AI technology, voice models, trademarks, service marks, logos, and proprietary technology related to StringLink services are owned by StringLink Automation LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our content or technology. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying algorithms of our AI systems. You may not use our trademarks, trade names, or branding without prior written permission.

DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
SERVICE PROVIDED "AS IS": Our services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free service.
No Guarantee: We do not guarantee uninterrupted AI availability or call answering at all times. We do not guarantee SMS message delivery, which is dependent on carriers and network conditions. We do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by our AI system, the accuracy of appointment bookings, or the resolution of service requests. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by Business Clients.
AI Limitations: Our AI voice receptionist is an automated system and may occasionally misunderstand, provide incomplete information, or make errors. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on information provided by our AI system. For critical, time-sensitive, or emergency matters, always speak with a live person.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the maximum extent permitted by law, StringLink Automation LLC, its members, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, service interruptions or delays, message delivery failures, AI errors, inaccuracies, or misunderstandings, actions or omissions of Business Clients using our services, mobile carrier issues or charges, or unauthorized access to your information.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by applicable law or to liability arising from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StringLink Automation LLC, its members, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any rights of any third party, or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

TERMINATION
Your Rights: You may stop using our services at any time by replying STOP to opt out of SMS messages, requesting to not be contacted during a call, or contacting us at link@stringlinkautomation.com.
Our Rights: We may suspend or terminate your access to our services for violation of these Terms, for abusive, fraudulent, or harmful behavior, if required by law or regulatory authority, or at our discretion with or without notice.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use our services ends immediately. Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification survive termination. We may retain call recordings, transcripts, and data as required by law or our data retention policies.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pierce County, Washington, or the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington.
Arbitration: For disputes involving claims under ten thousand dollars ($10,000), both parties agree to binding arbitration in Tacoma, Washington, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Exceptions: Either party may bring claims in small claims court if the claim qualifies. We may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property violations or unauthorized use of our technology.
Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve all disputes with us on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

GENERAL PROVISIONS
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and SMS Consent Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and StringLink Automation LLC regarding your use of our services.
Modifications: We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through an updated "Last Updated" date on this page, notice on our website, and for significant changes, SMS or email notification where feasible. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to another entity without restriction.
No Third-Party Beneficiaries: These Terms do not create any rights for any third parties, except that Business Clients are intended third-party beneficiaries of Section 6 (User Obligations).
Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, telecommunications failures, power outages, AI service provider outages, or other force majeure events.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By using StringLink Automation LLC services, including interacting with our AI voice receptionist or receiving SMS communications, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms, you agree to be bound by these Terms, you consent to AI-powered voice interactions and call recording as described herein, and you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
